EDEM held a Loader Operator training on the 27th and 28th of September 2022, in partnership with AGM Training and Workplace Safety Consulting .
The course
The course lasted 16 hours, of which 8 hours were theoretical and 8 hours were practical. The main topics covered were:
- Definitions of NR 11;
- Definitions of NR 12;
- Wheel Loader Model;
- Machine presentation.
- Components and their functions.
- Equipment and implements.
- Identification of commands and control devices;
- Symbology.
- Dashboard instruments.
- Operation Techniques.
- Preventive maintenance and Check-list.
- Operation safety standards;
- Defensive driving in operation;
- Embarkation and Disembarkation Operation.
- Associated environmental aspects and impacts;
- between others.
Certificate
After the course, we obtain the Wheel Loader Operator certificate in accordance with Ordinance No. 3214 and the requirements of NR 11: Transport, Handling, Storage and Handling of Machinery , and NR 12: Machinery and Equipment .
